Cobra FI2000 Powrpro

Here's a couple things we're looking for in the review:
-pictures of the installation
-comparison of gas mileage before and after installation
-butt dyno and overall performance
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone on the fence. We have a reviewer for the Touring Model. We're looking for a knowledgeable Dyna owner to give this product a try.

If it works as advertised and doesn't bring MPG down too drastically, it will be the ultimate in fuel management.
EDIT:
Now that I think about it, I should have said:
"it will be the ultimate in fuel management for people who want to install it and forget it."
You can't fine tune with this device and that would be a problem for me. I like to have control over all aspects of my bike and fuel management is no exception. If you install new pipes and experience decel pop, for example, it doesn't look like you can tune it out with a simple timing adjustment tweak. AFR adjustment on the fly is nice, but that's really all it does. AFR is only one dynamic of fuel management, so I reckon I wouldn't pay more than $300 for this device. Now, technology like this combined with something like Dynojet's Power Vision would be the true ultimate in fuel management. I WOULD consider shelling out 5 bills for something like that. Until then, I'll be sticking with my archaic legacy device.

I'd be willing to install it on my wife's 2010 Heritage and give it a test. Then I'll know if I want to buy one for my Ultra
EDIT: Mama says I ain't touching her bike, she likes it just fine stock! Women!

Phat Anthony,
Are you interested in a Sporster tester? I offer my stock Forty Eight. I am ready to post pics and provide feedback on the forum. Having read a lot about the powrpro over the summer I want to purchase the unit. Your company has the best price with the 5% discount code. I would definitely plunk down $200 today for the opportunity to review and keep the demonstrator.
Twin Rider
PS, I am not able to send a PM. At the moment that ability seems to be locked. Probably bc I am a new member...was a lurker until this thread got hot.

I have a softail and would be interested!
So I was just looking at the specs and was surprised you don't need oxygen sensors???? Did I read that right??
Also, anyone know where this would be placed on an 06 Heritage?

Cobra Fi2000 Powrpro is junk.
I give it a try. Hook up was ok. Like the the Cobra Fi2000.
At first (07 Ultra) ran ok. A little trouble with starting and Idle. This cleared up after a couple starts and idling a bit. I have a oil temp gauge in and right away my oil Temp was higher from it's normal 180 to 230 after install and hour run. MPG 40 about the same as before.
This last weekend (Labor Day weekend) I took a 1500 mile trip to Mt Rushmore and back from Wichita Ks..
By the time I got there. Bike had a tough time starting, and would died at stops. Mpg were anywhere from 31 to 40. She could not pull hill very well at all and still ran hot. Power up sucked. Bike run poorly. Friends with me wanted to know if I need a push.
Nonpluged the tuner and the bike ride like she did before tuner which was great after having that cheap junk in there. $600 wasted on tuner and install. I'll try hard to get my money back.
