If you have ordered from LRS...
I have a question for you. Before I ask my question please understand I am not bashing anyone...I am not in the least bit upset...
When you guys placed your order did you get a confirmation and/or shipping information? I place my order last Tuesday afternoon and have not gotten any information about my order. I called them today and talked to one guy and he said he would check on it and call me back. I called again later and got a voice mail. I am not concerned that I haven't gotten my order but I would like to make sure that my order was received.
Once again let me stress I am not bashing anyone or upset, just wondering if they normally send out shipping information.

+1 for also there's must be something wrong. Did you use Pay Pal ?If you did check your account there should be confirmation that the money was sent in there.

Thanks to everyone for the input. I did use PayPal and the funds have been sent. Guess I'll call them again in the morning. I really hate calling small businesses and being a pest. I know they are a great company with a great product, my order might have just fallen through the cracks.

If i remember correctly, I paid with paypal, and received a shipment email, the day it arrived... received it within 4-5 days of paying? and that was over a weekend.

I haven't ordered one yet, but I did send them an email today asking them several questions. Had a reply within about an hour answering all my questions.
I think there must have been an issue with paypal and LRS actually receiving payment. Don't worry about it. Call them again in the morning.

Ordered by phone. The guy on the phone was very nice & helpful. Recieved e mail conformation of my order. Recieved another shipping e mail. Got the product in 4 or 5 days. Very good product!
