I ordered my shield on the evening of May 15th. I received confirmation from LRS and Paypal that same evening. Shield delivered on the afternoon of the 17th via USPS. No complaints here.

Looks like your order went to the bit bucket - these things happen as much as people want computers to replace humans, it just isn't going to happen. When I ordered my hawgwings i received a confirmation within a short (few minutes I think) while via email.
Worth picking up the phone and calling them - phones still work!

I called, ordered everything from a great guy who helped me make sure I got what I wanted. I gave them all my info and he said they would send it out the next day cuz I called late. The next day I sent them an email thinking I didn't give the right email, or he misunderstood.. its not hard to say something and it is not heard correctly on the other end.. but they did have i correct. He said they were having problems with their computers popping off confirmations so he attached it to the reply. And I got the email pretty fast after I sent it. Shield came as promised, 3 days later.

I had a good experience and I have never heard anything bad so hopefully all is well.

I ordered a shield from them last week. I got a email conformation and tracking number very quickly. I got my shield in about four days. I did email them yesterday morning with a question and I haven't heard back yet but I have no complaints here.

I've ordered from LRS on two occassions. Both times I was given email confirmation with tracking info. And both times the shipments were right on time, if not a day early. Give 'em a call - I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

I ordered one a while ago and did not get confirmation. Emailed them and this is what I got:

Hi Todd. Yes, typically we are very fast with our delivery. Most of
our sales are the smaller shields for batwing fairings, which we ship
via USPS Priority mail. They get to you within 3 days. The larger
shields, such as your 19" road king shield, we have to use UPS,
otherwise the shipping cost would be astronomical. They can take
anywhere from 3-10 days, depending on where you are. I would guess
yours will take at least 5. I apologize, you were suppose to have
received your tracking information when it shipped. Here it is:

Also, check your "junk mail" or "spam" mailbox. Sometimes email gets put there by accident.
