A quick briefing, I ordered a tourpack lid organizer on may 12th from a reputable online dealer for my 14 SGS, a few days later I received an email that it would ship on May 22nd.
May 28th I contacted the dealer to get an update, within 10 minutes they replied with, sorry for the inconvenience but they are on back order until July 31st if you would like a refund let us know. I got the refund the same day. Thanks x dealer for the fast response and refund.
I called my local dealer out of stock until July 31st, I continued to call all the online dealers only to hear the same thing.
Finally Newcastle says yes we have one in stock, I go online make my purchase on May28th, today June 1st I get home from work and my lid organizer is setting at my door step.
Thanks to Newcastle & thanks for the fast shipping.
I just wanted to share my experience with everyone about Newcastle Harley.
Gotta give credit where credit is due. I've not found better prices than at New Castle. I ordered two items from last month, Both items arrived within two days! I love that!

I'll agree with the prices, but I got many better sources after the shipping gets added on, every time I look it's another 20% or more for shipping.
Are y'all talking about the dealership that took over for Zanotti's? If so have not dealt with them but Zanotti's was great. Used to stop by on my way through the burg.

That's why I only do business with RevZilla. They carry a large inventory, with fair pricing and free shipping to Hawaii with a minimum $100 purchase. I'm looking forward to my new Scorpion EXO-3000 Helmet. I ordered it last week and I am supposed to receive it by 5:00pm or so today. Is that great service or what...

Every online store has their strengths, one store may have a better price than the other on certain items, I have found sometimes even paying for shipping was cheaper than other stores on some parts that included free shipping.
My point about Newcastle Harley was how fast they shipped.

I like Newcastle. They publish a spreadsheet with their stock so you know ahead of time if they have that part # in stock or not. Great prices and great communication and they are named after my favorite beer.
