Coil getting hot or main circuit breaker is real weak and overheating then tripping off.

Crank Angle Sensor. Easy fix. My 99 Ultra did almost same thing last fall. Crank sensor fixed the problem. got no DTC codes and all other systems checked out. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I was going with coil but the crank angle sensor sounds good.

I have ordered a Crank sensor today, should be here by Saturday, I will post the result, my bike also has a cam sensor and the cable runs through the casing which is quite badly corroded and the wire is solid and will not move in or out, does this sound normal or should i be able to pull the wire out to enable replacement of cam sensor if it ever fails.
I thank You all for replying to my Question, I was running out of ideas.
For the Record the coils do not even get warm and the impedance measurements of both Primary and secondaries are exactly as specified in Manual before failure and after.
