If you use SE slipons and no other changes, do you have to remap the ECM?
Thanks

I was told no, and rode around about 500 miles befor I had stage 1 done. The guy at the dealer said "I never saw slip-ons ruin a motor" then we had a chuckle.

I have SE IIs, they are supposed to be "Off Road" only.
Well, I don't think they are loud at all. Very mellow, but crisp sounding. My 6 year old and I can talk while cruising. Now under a bridge I have to throttle it for her, she loves that sound. But it does sound good when I do it!
If you mess with the air filter, you are going to have to adjust the ECU maps. The VE tables will be off in closed loop at cruise speeds.
