I saw this on the Las Vegas CL. I guess maybe he's being honest but when I see an ad like this I think " Uhhh, yeah, can't wait to go pick up this gem" I'm sure if the bike is in this condition there are a lot of other issues to; and maintenance probably wasn't his first priority either.

Maybe I don't get it...

Hey com'on! Besides the new tires it has a new dead battery. I agree I think 2 bills would be a good price for a project bike. Judging from its condition those 22,000 miles were not too kind.

 

Yeah 4G is not going to happen, but like was said 2G and it would be a good project bike. Some people just don't take care of stuff.

 

He says he wants to sell it but doesnt have to. Enjoy your news tires and dead new battery I guess.

 

Sounds to me like this person was a little too honest for his own good. As far as him saying he wants to sell it but doesn't have to only means he isn't desperate to get rid of it.
