No offense, but it looks like the $19 helmet that I got a couple of years ago, just with some paint.

Looks like a Vega helmet. Can't find a Vega with Sports graphics on it though. Well not one that says it is a Vega.

Could be Fulmer. The vent in the front is pretty generic. I have seen them on a couple different brands. I have a Vega with the same vent.

I've decided to paint one of my older half helmets.......any tips on painting a helmet? getting color numbers? does Home Depot have these colors? I want to spray the paint from a rattle can........or I could use my airless sprayer.......
