Got this flyer, filled it out for the sticker. Can't complete, answered all questions, but can't get past military question. Answered it no, keeps coming back: required, answered yes, same deal. Anyone else? Yes I'm bored

I was getting the same thing. I then turned on compatibility mode in IE9 and tried it again and that time it submitted it. Says I should get it in 4-6 weeks.

If you're not sure how to turn compatibility mode on check out this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...ernet-Explorer

I had the same problem using 3 different browsers. I was able to get it to work when I hit "Submit" with all the fields blank in IE and then just filled in the fields that were highlighted as required (no ethnic info, phone #, etc). Don't know why.

I didn't even see a military question. Filled out what I wanted to and hit submit.

Ahh that may be why mine went through. I thought it was the compatibility setting that did it but when I tried submitting after enabling compat mode I only filled out the required info like you. That must have been the solution.
