let's see, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, no helmet law States, bout' time Michigan.

SWEEEET!!! we ride the Upper Mich area alot in summer and decided this year we will stick to mn and wis as helmet law suck ***......hope it goes thru the UP has some the best riding....its a biker paradise

The governor has already stated that--he will not sign it.

When did he say that? Everything I've read says he would consider signing it. He did say earlier that he wanted as part of a broad overhaul of the Michigan no fault insurance program. IMO I think he'll sign.

There will be a Biker Day at the Capitol, June 6th 2012 ... actually we've had one every year for longer than I care to remember ... Hopefully we'll be successful in the repeal of this law soon.

Ohio does have a helmet law.(kinda)

You must wear a helmet if you are under 18 or you are in the first year of having your motorcycle endorsement.

I got pulled over when I was 17 and given a ticket. The cop told me he pulled me over because I looked under 18. I went to court and told the judge that, he threw it out. Stupid cop
