i think i've gone 2 or 3 months without driving. . .

Since I've gotten the bike, I make my wife drive more. I hate being in a car. I'd much rather freeze my *** off on a motorcycle than sit in a car breathing recycled air.

My truck is 4 years old with 21,000 on it. My bike is an 2006 that I bought with 7K on it August 2010 and now has 32K on it.

 

Went to start the bike yesterday morning and it sputters tosses an error and then goes into limp mode. *sigh*

So, I've been driving the Civic these last couple of mornings after nice summer showers have cooled everything off at night and it smells so good outside. But, hey! Thankfully I got to ride in 113* temps on Monday and Tuesday. /sarcasm

Bike gets towed tomorrow and hopefully fixed. Having the dealer toss on a SE breather and stage 1 flash to go with the new Supertrapps; change the fluids, and give it a good wash. It's like taking wifey to the spa. Hope she likes it and is as eager to please afterwards.

 

Ah, the Colorado. Wait until your starter goes out on that thing. #@!!# Ridiculous! Mine's an '04, so maybe you will be lucky and they made some changes.

 

Bought my new bike in February this year, sold my car two months later...

My wife has her car, and when we hit the road with it, she drives.

Still have a 1979 Suburban under rustauration, stored in the garage for the last 8 years
