Stretch, I ain't no professional but it may be a couple of things. One, ya live in southern Florida and can ride anytime, you suck , might just be bored with it, take a break. And I see you've been off the cig's for a little over a week, that might be the biggee right there. You might be going through the Bid D, and I don't mean Dallas or Divorce. Been there, done that, not with cig's, though. Good luck to ya! Tim

Well, here's a thought : does your wife or girlfriend ride?
If not,...then,.....why not teach her! It could open up a whole new renewed interest in riding for you.
And, if she does ride, maybe the two of you could ravel the countryside on vacation.

Just a long shot idea.

Scooter~

It's been said, but move up north for a winter and you will be glad when riding season is here. I'd give my left one for year round riding weather.[:@][:@]

I was an avid golfer for about 10 years, and completely gave it up. I can't imagine that happening with the bike, but who knows.

Dunno, about your problem. I always want to ride something. Could be your smoking 'quit' has affected you.

IknowBadHerb was joking, but actually a sudden lose in interest in something you love is just one of the symptoms of depression. See a doctor, there isn't any type of medical tests to determine if you have depression but the doc will have a serious of questions for you. Depression isn't a mental disorder it is a chemical imbalance in the brain.

A very close family member of mine has Anxiety and Depression problems and I can tell immediately when they haven't taken their medication. They just loose interest in everything and become extremely jumpy and easily agitated(The jumpy part is the Anxiety problem). With the proper meds she is just fine.
