Default One of our last nice days in the Northwest

I can see the rain in the forecast and being that it's October there's a good chance that when it gets here it will stay till May. I had to run out to Ft Lewis/McChord today and I got this pic on the way home. Mt Rainier is a little hazy but any day you can see the mountain is a good day in this part of the state.

WA has some beautiful riding so I'm sure that y'all appreciate your riding time.
We're also on our last riding days here in southern MI so I know where you're coming from.

The great thing about that area is that you can ride nearly year-round as long as you are willing to bundle up. I lived in DuPont for the last two winters and there was only a handful of days that I elected to drive rather than ride.

Don't know about the weather up there, but it sure looks beautiful from some of the pics I've seen.

I'll take a picture in a month and show you what I'm talking about. 7 months of clouds and rain.
