Default Dyna handlebar vibes

I am looking for some suggestions on a problem. First i ride an 09 FXD. I bought it new and 3 years later it has 30k miles. I average 7-800 miles a month commuting to work. Two months ago i started getting avibration in my handlebars that would numb my hands after 20 minutes of interstate travel. I serviced the steering headbearings at 28k miles. It has a new front tire with less than a thousand miles on it.
At first i thought it was the engine mount. I replaced the engine mount. I still have hand numbing vibes. Yes i have a service manual, tools torque wrenches etc.
I performed a vehicle alignment as shown in the SM. Still vibes. I discovered my front bearings were shot and had them replaced this week. Still have the vibes leading to numb hands.
I have noticed my hands dont get numb in the morning predawn ride to work. It is the late afternoon ride home where i really feel it.
Any useful suggestions of what to check next?
Thanks!

Could be the grips or coffee. My right arm gets numb when riding after my morning coffee and only from coffee. Goes away in about 3 hours

Poly bushings under risers might help.

I have been contemplating poly bushings.
The bar snake if i can still find one. Maybe just a roll of nickels?
Thanks!
