Would you buy another Harley Davidson motorcycle if they were assembled overseas?

 

I posted this poll in hopes that some Americans are willing to stand up for an American icon and American Labor.

 

so then would it be considered a metric? man I'm so confused - think I'll go ride to ponder this one.

 

The Harley Davidson you have is probably one of the few things you own that's not assembled overseas. So tell me, why would you object to your motorcycle being assembled overseas????

 

I would not buy a foreign HD. Ever. Part of it IS the fact that they are AMERICAN. Victory and any other American bike would be first. And if none existed I would buy the cheapest bike that fit my riding.

 

Because I am an American UNION Chemical Plant Process Operator.

I beleive in AMERICAN LABOR and because I have the right to Choose, regaurdless of what I own that is not assembled in America.

 

If it came to that than NO. There are plenty of american bike shops I would go to. Big Bear or Saxon would be on the top of my list.

 

This is a point that isn't important to me but to you guys that feel it is important I wonder if you've bothered to check into how much of the bike "already" is assembled overseas????

 

No! My gawd, to much of our technology has been farmed out already. Think of the consequences of all our production and profits shipped overseas, makes me puke...

 

I'll second that Grunt .

Someday we'll pay a heavy price for letting our manufactering expertice be exported .

China comes to mind and there military buildup .
