Was told by me dealer that the pinging i get when the engine is hot can only be done away with, if they do a Dyno. Without a guaranty though.
Since this pinging is driving me nuts, I'm willing to have it done. Just not at my dealer. I cant find anybody that had it done there and I'm not blowing money without a commitment to solve the pinging issue.
Need it done at a Dealer ( for warranty purpose).
Now Looking to one close to Canada. MI would be great, but can go a little further, as long as there Dyno guy is excellent and knows what he's doing.
Appreciate all suggestions. Please only suggest those that have a good Dyno reputation.

You might want to consider Harley Tuner. Thats Roeder Racing in Monroeville, Ohio. That is near Cedar Point.
He is very good and has a great rep.

 

West of the twin cities they be a tuner who is a expert. World Class Tuning I believe. Kuryayckn,,,,Mike Roland.

Wish i could go Indy, but It has to be done at a Harley Dealer to keep warranty intact.

 

Do a search for ping or Techron. That will take you to an very current post on ping issue's, may give you something to think about.

Not true..my tuner is not from harley yet the dealership sends all their new stage one bikes there for tuning

 

Where in Ontario are you? In southern Ontario this guy is supposedly the best
He's about a mile or two from the airport.

 

going through the dealer could be where the difference is and wouldn't affect or void the warr., i suppose
my dealer dont send me or the bike anywhere...they want to do the dyno and i just dont hear much good about there dyno guy.
Looking for a harley dealer that has a real good dyno guy.
