Re-use it until it leaks, and no loctite.

I reused mine 2 times and then replaced it........only because I bought 2 new ones and I seem to enjoy wasting money. It looks like it would last for a long time.

i don't mess with torquing them. i just snug them down, using a star pattern. there is no high pressure behind them so it doesn't have to be that tight. and i recommend anti-seize on the bolts.
