Default DANGER: Parking Lots

Not really, but dumb *** (that would be me) turned too sharp on a slope to back into a parking place. Slow speed, the slope, gravity, and 875 pounds won. Luckily I watched to video on how to pick up a downed bike. Oh, and I let my wife off first too...

The good news is there weren't too many scratches, or not that I can see anyway. Just a bruised ego.

Carry on...

It happens. Don't be shy about asking help to get your bike up. Its a back breaker for sure. Don't risk it unless you are totally alone and cant call a friend close by. Bruised pride better than ruptured disc any day.

I wish I could take back all the dumb lifting I have done. Be careful.

One more reason I'm happy to have an engine guard to help lever the beast up If gravity wins some day.

I sure as **** wouldn't post this if it happened to me. Since you did I'll give some positive advice, those scratches will buff out. Remember,if a tree falls in the forest...

Well, sometimes laughing at yourself is the best medicine, or so they say..... And when others call you a dumb ***? Well now that's the icing on the cake.
