I have talked to a lot of full timer's living in nice rv parks with hot tubs and a pool and there happier then a two pecker bill goat. It all comes down to geographic location. Now I'm taking off for a week with my Impact and Harley for a rally in Rudioso NM tomorrow. It sure beats motels or pulling the timeout trailer. The timeout is grate little tent trailer.

3.5 years ago we sold the house and almost everything in it. Started with a 2012 F350 Diesel pulling a 38' 5th wheel. Stayed full time for 3 years and ended up with a 39' 2014 5th wheel.
I wanted to keep my Harley back then and we looked at every Toy Hauler out there. Problem was by the time you had the 10' or 12' garage part it just didn't leave much living area for full timing. Gave up riding for the three years and just traveled all over the country.
Anyone that tells you that traveling in a RV is a cheap way to travel the country probably has never done it for an extended period of time. Campgrounds charge anywhere from $25.00 per night to $80.00. Even if you stick to state parks and cheaper places you still have fuel and other expenses.
The bottom line is can you survive living full time in about 350 square feet (large 5th wheel or motorhome?) Could you live in just 250 square feet (large toy hauler minus the garage).

Will be taking of to Quartzsite AZ January for the rv jamboree along with the RG and ATV. The cool thing its BLM camping in the desert then off to Yuma for more BLM camping, just really comfortable riding around lake Havasu and laughlin. I seem I have more energy to ride when I tow my bike.
