Default Need help: TSSM 05 Fatboy

I accidentally shorted a ground wire and then found my left blinker was not working. However, if I remove the left front blinker bulb, which is a working bulb, the left rear blinker starts working, along with the left blinker indicator lamp. The same is true for hazard lights. With front blinker bulb removed, the left rear hazard works, along with the left indicator lamp. The code was 1121

I have the service manual, but not the electrical diagnostics manual. I keep reading about a "flow chart" to diagnose TSSM problems. Can anyone who has access to one tell me how to test the left blinker output

I'm guessing I fried something in the TSSM, but I'd really like to test it to be sure, if I can, without spending $110 for a diagnostic scan by HD. The part will be expensive enough. A one second boneheaded move can sure be costly

Any help would be appreciated
