I haven't had much trouble on my bike, but have been harassed at gas stations and other places for carrying a fixed blade knife , even though it's legal length, they love to bust my chops.

I got lucky today, passed a car over double lines and got caught by a radar trap. Was doing 55mph in a 30 zone. Soon as I pulled in to the cops I said I knew what I'd done. Gave the cop my license and insurance and rooted around the saddle bag for my registration. he ran my paperwork and came back and asked if I found the registration. I said yes and he said well I'm giving you a verbal warning for your speed, a written warning for you passing in the no passing zone and a ticket for no registration. I said thank you, and he wished me a nice day and he liked my bike and remember to wear my seat belt! So, down to the Courthouse Monday to pay my $10 fine.

State trooper pulled me over for doing 67 on a 55-mph two-lane road out in the middle of nowhere(!) I really have no idea where that guy was hiding to catch me <g> Fortunately I had a friend in the Clerk of Court's office and got it taken care of...

I was young the first time a cop lit me up while I was on a motorcycle. Before I realized what I was doing I decided to outrun him. Took him down an alley and lost him. Last memory I had looking back was watching his front end bounce up in the air after he hit one hell of a hole that I went around. I remember thinking man he's gonna be pissed.

Not too bright. Small town. He wasn't no Columbo, but he tracked me down...

In the 80's, not anymore. In NorCal the whole group would get stopped and they would walk the line of bikes writing fix it tickets, Had three cars pull my partner and I over in the Columbia River Gorge when the Angels were here parting one year.It was funny, cause they threw open their doors and stood behind them to protect themselves from the two of us. Had a couple motor cops in NorCal chase me down and had a field day writing up my bike with equipment violations. Got a ticket in Florida for no headlamp, ticket for lane splitting in Maryland. On the Bright side I ran out of gas in SF, a tow truck brought me gas free of charge cause I was on a Harley. good times.

Myself and a friend who was on a Honda Shadow with drag pipes was pulled over for loud exhaust. He wrote my friend a ticket. My friend complained to the state trooper that my bike was as loud as his was. The state troopers response was ( his is suppose to sound like that because it's a Harley). I swear that's what he said, that was 20 years ago and my friend still is complaining about it.

A guy on a motorcycle with a white t shirt robbed a bank once. I was unlucky enough to be within 2 miles of that bank riding with a white t shirt that day.
4 cop cars......guns drawn!
