Why I hate stealerships

I wish someone knew what dealer it was and could show him this thread and the one about modifying the air cleaner. Dollars to donuts says he took it off to see what him and home depot could slap together in lieu of buying the right ****, and he failed to reassemble it properly.

Caught by the quote lol-------------he must of smoked way to many bowls to remember what he had done to the cleaner in the other thread. Maybe home depot will have a stainless bowl or dog dish to rescue him from having to go full on the dealer

Watch your nightly news for someone going postal at a Harley dealership in Connecticut.

Be thankful your fing air cleaner blew off. About 10 years ago, I sold my Low Rider to an acquaintance of mine. Shortly after that, I pulled up next to him at a red light, & noticed his A/C bolt had loosened, his A/C football had rotated up about 45 degrees, & the rubber mounted motor vibrating was slamming the A/C repeatedly into the bottom of the tank, destroying one of the nicest factory paint jobs on a stock Harley. Dope didn't even hear it happening; helluva lot more than $150 bucks.
Now is the time to get that custom A/C!
