have you thought about selling it as it sits?
If it's just the front end, and the title is "clear" the bike is still worth some money. If the bike is now with a salvage title, it's worth significantly less. And even with a bent frame, the motor/trans is worth a few bucks to someone

So, if i can just get new forks on it, then i should be able to recoup quite a bit of money back... hopefully.

Hey, so your DNA front end bolted ritght up and so did the brakes and everything? Do you have any pics of how it all looks now? And whered you get your DAN? Im checking Ebay, and thats looking like my number one option right now.

Purchased on ebay. I don't have a front pic of the bike. It's been long sold. The frame was a '70 shovel FX frame

From a 2002. The springs aren't the prettiest since they came off the original 93. But its a Fl springer front end for cheap. let me know.
