Anybody have any insight on this?....

I have a 96 Sporty 1200 Custom that Im replacing the stock tank with a TC Bros Narrow Sportster tank. Do I need to re attach the Vapor Valve to the new tank? The TC Bros tank valve is way up at the front and the stock tank it is at the rear so obviously it wont reach unless I get new tubing. Which I have no idea what size if I do need to re attach. Any help here would be rad.

It would be wise to refit that hose, which I think you'll find is 1/4" ID and should be available from any auto parts store - or an H-D dealer. That's the price of doing custom stuff!
