My Surdyke order for flush cap and fuel gauge came in the week , 2 months later.

ive ordered a vest and jeans a few months ago that came in within 1 1/2

 

Ordered 7 items on 2/13, going on nearly a month now and still having to send emails to understand when the last few items will be delivered. All items show as “available” status. Everytime I email support, something ships out shortly after. Sick and tired of having to monitor the missing items. I won’t be buying from there again. Came to these forums and after reading this thread, sounds like it’s the service I should expect.

 

Yes, I ordered some shift pegs, links and a tour pak liner Thursday and it will be here tomorrow. I used Big Sky! Free shipping over $149 but I had to call cause I had a Harley gift card. There online order form will not take cards for some reason. I made them aware!

 

Yes prices are lower but not for much. You will regret buying from them. Let me share my one and only experience. I bought from them and was able to get free shipping which is now 169 and above. A month passed by and nothing. They kept saying my parts were back ordered. Every time I asked , because they dont even have the courtesy of letting you know, they kept extending the time for my parts to be shipped. Today after they had already posponed my shipping date twice , they tell me that now its back ordered until 07/14. So I told them to cancel my order because i will not wait one more month. They come back to tell me that they will refund less shipping cost!! Why is this my fault?? So besides waiting for my stuff over a month , I will get less money now. How is that good business and good customer service?? Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from buying from them. Dont say I did not warned you.

 

I gave them another chance last month and ordered some saddle bag liners and saddle luggage, they came in quick.

I placed another order for a chopped engine guard thats going on 2 weeks in warehouse transfer.
