I can't say enough good things about Zanottis... John is great... He'll return your emails, promptly, and will even chat with you through their live server.... And indeed, if they have the parts in stock (which you can actually check, by the way) they'll go out the same day, typically, and will surprisingly arrive very quickly...I mean, they send my items UPS ground and they're on my front porch like 2 days later!.... They'll also provide a UPS tracking number.... If they don't have it in stock they get it pretty quickly, and will ship it out right away...they're a great online retailer and they're great people to deal with.... in my opinion
and yes, their prices are indeed less expensive!..... and be sure to check their prices on drag specialty numbers!.... i got my Cobra Fi2000R from them for about 240.00 shipped...retail elsewhere is 270.00 not including shipping... 40 or 50 bucks savings is cool with me!
I'm a former and unhappy CH customer and today happy Zanotti customer ;-) For me nothing from Chicago anymore. So far Zanotti has done great work for me.
Since I only buy parts for my bike in the Winter, Zanotti's is fine. It takes about a week if the part is not on backorder but my dealer has the same wait time so what is the difference. Cheaper is cheaper in my book for the same parts. Plus I don't have to make a trip to the dealer since they deliver everything to my office. I just plan my purchases so the shipping charge is spread over multiple items. Now I have learned to shop several places before I but anything.
I put an order in late Thursday night and UPS tracking has it on my doorstep Monday. I order a lot of things online but rarely do I see something hit the streets from the warehouse this fast. Just from hours of shopping around I couldn't find another dealer or online store that could touch the prices. Only downside is that they don't have most of the stuff that just came out, but I can wait til next winter.
By ordering from Zanotti HD you are saving $400.00 over the price that your local dealer would charge, and you are asking if Zanottis price is better?....... I can only tell you that I have saved a lot of money buy purchasing from Zanotti HD and Chicago HD. The delivery time is usually very good, but I have had orders that took several weeks. Sometimes parts, especially accessories, come from outside suppliers and the dealerships have no control over how quickly they will deliver to the dealership or deliver to MoCo and then are delivered to the dealership. If the parts that you need are critical and you need them right now then I would say go toyour localdealer and get them. (If the dealer has them in stock) If you can afford to wait a bit to get the parts then order from Zanotti or Chicago and you can save quit a bit of money.
Zanotti's and Chicago Harley are both great. Save the most by splitting your order between them providing you don't eat it on shipping. Z raised their shipping charges a lot and I do more business with CH now.
