Default Another powervision head temp

I tried doing a search but didn't find what I was looking for.. on my display(pv) when the bike has been sitting overnight (bike cold 68°) I notice that my head temp is 122°? Is that the default number when cold? Or should it also read 68° like the oil.

I would guess that the head temp has some default offset from the engine temp on startup but just guessing. Engine temp should be close to oil temp at key on.
