Bought a non-running Harley....now I need help!

Maybe someone can verify for this for me , but I noticed in the video , that the pump primed for a few seconds after he turned the ignition ( good ) , but when he tried to start the bike , it sounded like it started to prime again , is that normal ? where is the pressure going while he tries to start it ?

Thanks for the replies! I really appreciate it! I’ll double check the wires that go from the ecm to the engine harness since I just replaced the harness.
I will make sure to post in the right section next time and will create an intro thread as well, sorry for not doing that. Doing all this from my phone can be daunting to navigate and I missed a lot of the sections (but I did try searching all the sections!)
As for the fuel pump priming again, I’ve had this happen on my other bikes when the battery has low voltage and can’t start and I believe it’s pressurizing the system again (anyone correct me if I’m wrong)
And the bike has no tuner but does have what looks like LAF pipes and aftermarket air filter. Previous owner bought it this way from the original owner two years ago and put about 5-6k miles on it with no issues until now.

Injector signal was the last thing I was going to check along with the wires from the ecm to the wiring harness.
Would the crank position sensor throw a code if it was bad? I checked the connection and wiring and it looked good but can test that as well and I’ll try resetting the ecm to see if that does anything To get it started..
I feel like I’m so close to figuring it out and next thing I’m spending money on is a manual!
Thanks for all the advice and help! It’s always helpful having a fresh set of thoughts and ideas on the issue (even though it’s harder via online for you guys with just what I explained and a brief video) but It’s really helped me.
I’ll report back once I test all of the mentioned things since I’ve been away from the bike the last day but will try to tackle it in the next day or two.

Update! Fixed!
Hey guys, happy New Years to you all! Sorry for reviving my dead thread but I finally got the Sportster back and running. I ended up taking it to a shop and it was there for a good 4 months but finally picked her up on New Year’s Eve.
These were the issues the shop found and fixed:
1. Frayed wires to the coils
2. O-rings missing on the injectors
3. Intake gaskets needed replacing
4 New TPS
We thought it needed a new ECM but luckily the above mentioned fixed the problem.
The frayed wires and o-rings allowed the bike to start and only run when on the throttle and after the TPS it ran at idle. It’s still a little rough and needs a tune because of the shorty pipes and intake but just happy it runs and I can finally ride it!
Thanks again for all your advice and the first ride the other day put a big smile on my face
