This is happening with EVERY manufacturer, and part supplier. I run 3 shops, and 3 parts departments for multiple manufacturers, and everything is delayed. They blame Covid, I suspect worker and material shortages have other causes. Nonetheless, we all are dealing with it. Don't be so shortsided to think it's just Harley

Most of the above is BS! Stay on topic. I’m sure the dealer wants to get your bike fixed and paid for as much a as you do. You never mentioned the part you are waiting for.

HD closed a lot of good dealerships that focus on repair and service. .They did this to force you to dealers the CEO wanted supported. This is not all cov bs it is the plan. Aftermarket shops are doing well.
I have had two HD dealers tell me if you did not buy it there you go to the end of the line for warranty or any other work. That was Non 2020. And if some one comes in while your's is waiting they go in front of you. " best to just trade now". Bike had 490 miles on it.

The only reason i had the Harley dealer pick it up was they said it would be free to come get it. Any one with current feedback on this please let me know. HARLEY DELAYS ON PARTS AND SERVICE. How long has your parts taken to get delivered and or your shops been backed up? Yes i am aware of Covid. DB.
Waiting over 3 weeks for warrantied transmission.

Nov I ordered a CAM woods not HD had it next day. Ordered lifters S&S had them next day. Push rods took 4 days they were shipped FedEx and sat 3 day on a truck. Point here is Aftermarket no problem.
You bike is in for warranty work it waits parts go to someone paying full price parts and Labor.
