Harley delays on parts and service

Harley's got serious problems with their company as I researched CEOs different moving their warehouse back orders on parts or seriously slow not getting bikes in and also if you buy a new bike you're not even allowed to put aftermarket parts on it are they void your warranty I just read so like these things they make me mad I'm glad that I don't didn't go out and buy a brand new Harley I'd be really mad if I had to wait months for my bike to come to my house I might be a little impatient but a bike sitting in a shop for a months and still not having the part needed is sad I can go and get it myself which I'm going to do if they don't have it by the 18th they're delivering it to my house fixed or not fixed and then I can order it I found a place that will send it to me in the United States and three to five business days so it's no wonder Harley's losing business it sucks because I love the motorcycles but they're really dropping the ball and every aspect of the game

HD closed a lot of good dealerships that focus on repair and service. .They did this to force you to dealers the CEO wanted supported. This is not all cov bs it is the plan. Aftermarket shops are doing well.
I have had two HD dealers tell me if you did not buy it there you go to the end of the line for warranty or any other work. That was Non 2020. And if some one comes in while your's is waiting they go in front of you. " best to just trade now". Bike had 490 miles on it.

Im about to rent a u-haul and get it back order the part myself from J&P cycles and get another non Harley shop work on my bike. The only reason i had the Harley dealer pick it up was they said it would be free to come get it. Any one with current feedback on this please let me know. HARLEY DELAYS ON PARTS AND SERVICE. Nov I ordered a CAM woods not HD had it next day. Ordered lifters S&S had them next day. Push rods took 4 days they were shipped FedEx and sat 3 day on a truck. Point here is Aftermarket no problem.
You bike is in for warranty work it waits parts go to someone paying full price parts and Labor.
