FLSTSC front axle parts not in manual?
Have apart my 2007 FLSTSC front end to install rake kit (remove negative 7.5 degrees). The problem I hit a large rock @ 100+kph previous and on dis-assembly found my front axle bent 40 thou. at left end, and fender hub left side loose. Re assemble in the manual is incorrect with such things as nylon washers and o rings (not found on mine) which did not exist on my bike. There is nothing on the front fender hub and nut except a picture with no instructions. The nut portion has 4 holes in it for a special wrench but where do you get one etc. This nut is very loose allowing the hub to spin in the fender bracket. There is no correct diagram for assembling the axle, fender, and wheel.showing the correct spacer use including the orientation of the one Teflon sided washer on the brake side spacer (PS not the one on the brake arm!). Any one familiar with this assembly and what looks like a HD parts/design change-up which did not make the book? I have the 07 manual and parts books. Is there a separate dealer instruction on this?. Any help appreciated.

Do you have a shop manual, or are you trying to work through it with just the parts diagram? I had both my '91 and my '05 springer front ends torn down to nothing and back again with good luck and the shop manuals. Like the bikes, both my manuals are gone now unfortunately or I could have scanned some pages for you. Mine were both FXSTS models with the 21" wheels, but I believe my '05 manual also covered your model.
As for the special wrench, I'd like to think you can get one from HD. I had the similar one that you use to adjust your steering head bearings. I made something similar for a vintage bike where the tool was north of $100 and had to be shipped from England. Good Luck working through it!

If the breakout above does not have what you need, you can enter your VIN into the Harley Service Information Portal to get parts diagrams and part numbers as well. It's been really helpful for me in the past.
