Default Another Corbin customer service issue

I ordered a Corbin Widowmaker saddle back in June and just received it a few days ago. The picture on the left is what I ordered from their design software, the one on the right is what I received. I've been sending emails for a week and have not received a response.

I finally called the FLA office today and was very disappointed with the response I received.

I understand their disclaimer that colors might not be a perfect match, but this is horrible. I sent them the pictures and according to their CS agent, this is within the disclaimer and will not be resolved.

Also, I ordered the center trim strip to be black to continue the line of the tank bib. I thought that looked pretty slick. After they received the order someone contacted me and asked if I want a diamond stitch pattern without telling me it would eliminate the center strip. They are saying that since I agreed to the diamond stitch pattern that it is my fault the center strip is not there.

I have an email into a manager, but I'm not feeling hopeful...

That begs the question, If they can get it right for another $325, why couldn't they get it right the first time?

Looks like they sent you someone else's order. They'll make it right.

I would get your credit card company involved. Maybe possibly of having the funds taken back will change their mind.
What your ordered and what you got are two completely different things!

Good idea. Done...

It will be interesting to see if my bank agrees that the color difference is within acceptable limits.

I was thinking about a Corbin seat. I may be looking else where. Hope you get this resolved to your liking. Those seats aren't cheap. I'd do like YZR said and get the credit card company involved. Those colors are no were close to the color they showed.

I haven't read any bad press about poor customer service from Corbin for a year or two , I was hopeful they mended their ways...perhaps not..
Good luck with this , please let us know if your credit card company reimburses your money.
Maybe they will improve once they realize customers have a way of rectifying issues on there own after being brushed off through the company.

I would be pissed. That seat you received is FUGLY (no offense meant)! Good call on bringing in the CC Company.
