Default Sticking Throttle

My 2016 CVO throttle is sticking as throttle is applied. Not enough to make it hold but I can feel it as I roll the throttle. Any thoughts, fixes?

Have the bars been changed out ? Might be the switch pack is pushed on to far , try loosening the two screws and pull the throttle out just a touch until it " snaps back " as it should .

If the bars were changed out , it also could be the powder coating on the bars , sand them down to bare metal where the grip goes , then do the above .

OEM bars but the dealership did move them forward as far as they could so it would give me more room and still not interfere with the fairing. I'll try your first suggestion. Thanks!

That makes sense , when they pushed the bars forward , they would have had to loosened the switch packs to readjust , they just pushed the throttle side in a tad to much .

Well, gave moving the throttle a litte out try and still having issues. It's like a plastic rubbing plastic feel where it's kinda jerky as I roll it. I've even tried a silicone and still didn't help.

How are you making out , was wondering if you tried removing the grip and twisting the pod on the twist grip sensor to see if the pod itself is sticking , might need a new tgs .

I think I do need a new tgs. Took the grip off and had the same result by twisting the tines at the end of the pod. Thanks for the input. Deciding what's next since warranty ran out.
