Default stubby hex and torx bits.

I've been using these awhile and thought I'd share them. great compact design. I have them in metric SAE and torx.

I have these and I agree the compact design comes in handy for sure. I use them more often then I thought I would. I dont have the torx yet, nut I think you made me spend more money

Thanks for sharing, those are pretty cool! I've been using the type held in by the small socket hex set screw. I remove the bit and cut them down with my Dremel to make them shorter.

I have several sets of torx and hex bits. I'm always looking when I walk through a tool section to see what they have. I have a set that includes a small ratchet wrench, 1/4 drive hex, very compact and kept on bike. But my tool box has a set of hex and torx bits that are either snapon or mac. I've seen too many bits twist and ruin the bit, and the fastener. But again, I have several variations which all may have a purpose, but according to my wife, are overkill!!!
These bits are the only thing I really look for name brand and avoid off brand and cheapies. Too easy to ruin!

Thanks for this. been looking for awhile for these to fit in the tight spaces. Gotta do the back brakes on my Crossbones and all the ratchets and wrenches I have don't fit in the gap. Not thrilled with the idea of pulling my exhaust to get to the back brakes either lol.

The small set you have with the ratchet, is that a Sunex set? I have the Sunex with all the little bits, came off the Mac truck I think. That set is so handy and I keep it in the bike. This is the one I have

Or similar to this. Amazon less than $20. May not hit everything, but it does get a lot!

I have a small ratcheting handle that fits 1/4" drive bits on one end, and it has a 1/4" socket head that fits the other end.
It's the best, most versatile Husky tool ever made, and of course, it's discontinued...
They have a new model, but it's quite a bit more bulky than this one.
I often use just a bit in the 1/4" end.
