Has anyone installed extended brake lines when doing risers/bars? I was planning on getting an extension brake/clutch/electrical cable kit; however, I am not sure how difficult it is to bleed the brakes.

Is it necessary to remove the gas tank to access the electrical connections?
Not sure if a scan tool is available for bleeding the ABS module.

Pretty sure I need the cable kit which includes the front brake line, clutch extension and turn signal extension cables. I was also planning on ordering the gauge cluster extension cable which is sold separately.
