Default seat installation screaming eagle fatboy

I recently purchased a screaming eagle seat off ebay and am going to install it on my 2004 fatboy flstf. My question is After loking at some pictures of the seat pan ( i have not recieved it yet, will be here next week) i dont see any way to bolt it to the frame as there is on my stock seat, using the bolts on the side of the seat. as far as i can see the only point that attaches is the front metal piece that slides into the frame. anyone have any experience on this? is there other points on that seat to attach it by?

Underneath on the back, could, should? be a threaded hole.To this you can attach small metal tab about 3/4"X 3" [dealer] and get a seat nut kit PN#59768-97 to attach to fender.Bob

the only issue that i am having right now is that the bolt hole in the tail section of the seat does not line up with the hole in my fender it is about a 1/4-1/2 in off. from what it says in the harley catalogue the seat should blot right up. i cant figure out why it is not lining up.

Very common for alignments of all kinds to be off, bolt right in usually means fabricate, then bolt right in.....sounds like a bracket or hole is in order. Can't think of much else right now.Bob

i think your right about the fab. i mean a braket is super do-able but was hoping to be able to just " bolt on". should have known better.
