Default Silly Question

Hello All, I am new to the whole biker thing and am slowly learning. With that in mind I have purchased a replacement fuel tank for my 07 Sportster which is fuel-injected. I purchased the tank off e-bay and the seller was not very good at responding to my questions and did not answer if the tank was fuel injected or not but at the price it sold for I didnt want to wait. So I would like to know how to tell if a fuel tank is fuel injected. It looks identical to the one on my Sportster so I bought on looks. If it dosen't fit I will just resell it.
Thanks for the help guys!

I'm not to familiar with Sportsters, but I think you would start out with looking for the fuel pump inside the tank. If the tank has a cut off valve I would think its for a carbed bike.
