How 2 Attach New Medallions 2 Gas Tank
Hi Guys 
Need your opinions on just how to attach my new gas tank medallions to my gas tank.
Here's the problem: The new medallion don't fit exactly to the gas tank~ the Curvature
of the medallion(s) and the gas tank don't meet
There's a GAP between tank & medallion(s)
part of the medallion(s) do meet the gas tank;but there's a 3/8th wide gap by 3ins.

I would think (that's my trouble right there ... lol
Should I attach the medallions and fill the gap with Silicone and so how wipe-off the rest of the clear silicone with what
Now if I do that, how well would the silicone SICK to the smooth paint on the gas tank
1.here a picture of the medallions I bought.(I got the BLUE medallions)
2. new paint job on tank.
