I can't help with emblems, on my tank they are painted on. Heres what they look like for ideas. I just got a JP cycle catalog. They have three or four page of emblems. Decals, stick on and screw on. Check their web site. Order a cat. its free. Heres the back of my tour pak
An alternative are genuine Harley tank transfers (that's what we call them here in the UK!) like BB4xl and I have, which will shape to your tank. I suspect you will have problems with metal emblems. I have both later 5 gallon and recent 6 gallon tanks and they look much more rounded than yours where the emblems fit. As for decals (I remembered what they are called!!!! ), these change almost every year, come in different colours and a wide variety of styles. You will be spoiled for choice and should be able to find something you like. Your local Harley dealer may be able to show you some. I bought matching ones for my bike and stuck them on my tourpak and batwing (my bike didn't have them when new).

You could also find a picture of the emblems you like and have them painted on. We have a couple of local painters that paint emblems on and when they are done they look like the real thing. They shade tem, etc so that they have depth and it is really a custom look.
