Default softail springer classic, do these numbers sound right???

I recently bought this used softail that was orignally from a calorado dealer. It has the 95" big bore kit,211 cam,se stage 1 air cleaner and 2 into 1 kerker exhaust. Since the bike came from a dealer out there I wanted to be sure it was running correctly on the dyno. I also removed the fiberglass in the muffler but left the metal baffle, again wanted to see if tha was hurting anything. It runs great and pulls harder than my previous dynas with the 88. My numbers where 71hp and 83 pounds of torque. Wondering if that is normal for my parts? Because if I'm not mistaken stock is 63 hp.... seems to me mine should be more.

Also my gas milage is around 35. That's if I'm doing mostly highway. The tech doingthe dyno said it was alittle rich but with tolerance and would hurt the bike. Think I could have it tuned and sqeeze out alittle more juice? I have the se race tuner without the botton. I was told this one is pretty old and doesn't allow as many options. And that the orignal map is saved on the computer somewhere in co.
