Glad I found this subforum. Wanted to introduce myself here. I posted few times in other subforums, so I am not so new here.
Bought my first HD this summer. Went with all popular SGS in Vivid Black. Love it. Sad that the weather is getting worse, so I can't ride it. Anyways, I don't know anyone who rides, so I just go out on quick cruises alone. It sucks sometimes and I wish I knew some people who rode in my area (West of Cleveland - Avon Lake).
About the bike: I bought it with 800 miles. The owner put bunch of parts on it from the HD catalog the day he bought the bike. All parts are HD, so I kind of lucked out there. He basically did everything that I would do to the bike. CVO fender, mid apes, HD daymaker, Reinhart pipes, etc...she looks good, sounds good and riiiiidddeesssss good. I am looking to have a seat made by C&C for next season. Also, thinking about putting SE breather...but still trying to justify the cost for that plus the tuner that's needed.
Anyways, nice to "meet" all of you and hoping that maybe one day, I get a chance to meet some of you in person.
The day I brought her home! That was an awesome day. The seller was 80 miles away, so my first ride was a decent distance. I always loved the CVO fender with CD lights. The Reinhart pipes sound better and better each time I ride. Strike a pose... HD daymaker headlight and CD turn signals I bought side covers and a CVO type tank emblem. I have to say, taking off the factory badge was a major pain in the ***! In her bedroom...
