Well some news for you all.....

We're back, actually a week ago but been painting and doing house chores and yard work at the ponderosa here.

Had a great time for 14 days on the road. Off to the okanagan to West bank( now burning away) for 3 days then Victoria for 2 more. Rode up to Tofino for 2 1/2 days then we headed south at Victoria again thru Port Angeles. Did the islands there then east across the North Cascades! AWESOME RIDING)! across Idaho then thru northern montana and the hiway to the Sun, spectaculer day there too. Overnight in Red Deer then home again. BAck to work tomorrow the 21st.

Since arriving home i ordered a set of 13" bagger bars and all braided lines. Fri night painted the extra inner fairing I had here at the house. I will be using reg mirrors on the bike after the bars are done. The bars will give me a little more long haul comfort I am thinking.

Off to Two Hills this Sat for the day to take in the Run to the Hills rally and hook up with some folks. Maybe a run into N Dakota Sept long weekend..we'll see!

Nice, what day did you go through Logan's pass, we might have waved at each other as I was just down there two weeks ago also.

Morning of Jul 10th..Nice ride and scenic for sure, just like the previous 13 days of riding! LOL

So many favourites when riding the mountains but i think hot and south are next trip. Next summer we are hangin around and just doing Radium and okanagan.

We missed each other by a week, I went through there on the 3rd.

Well I would do it again anytime, I'll go from here south on it next time to see what I missed! LOL
Weather is sure better then when we left home on the 27th of June. Getting some riding in and soon the new bars, cables etc.

Keeping an eye open for a tourpak, preferrably with a quick release setup...if you come across one

Man it's been quiet in here! Everybody must be out riding.
OK then, what's your plans for the long weekend peeps, post em and who know maybe we'll run into each other on the road.
I was going to do an Iron butt ride down to Sturgis this weekend, but decided to not to, gonna run down through Drumheller instead, maybe Cypress Hills.
