Well the swap meet wasn't too bad picked up a football/breather cover to chop apart and another set of risers.
Looked for some fishtails for ya Randy but didn't see any.

Thats a damn good idea Randy!! lol no not yet when Rabbit and I met up it was on bikes so kinda hard for him to carry it lol the guy I work with and I rented a shop together so I'm hoping to have everything moved in this month. Going to have access to some great equipment! Lathe, milling machine, stick welder, mig welder, tig welder, full paint shop equipment and airbrushes etc!

So ikeep hearin the HD front motor mount is set too far back..
Lots of guys are talking about it.
So i decided to take a look..
Just about to do it..
Made a shim from brass stock.
If it is clearly out ill gladly make some more for the dyna boys.
Post findings in an hour.

well when you support the engine so it wont fall.
Do it Just enough to hold it !!!
clearly the mount goes back when you remove the bolts..
So i shimmed it 1/8 total .........now it sits even .
this is a test .............Ill ride and see what it changes.

Ok one test ride in..
While idling in the garage it seems better.
Upon a good blap around the block.
The downshift shakies are better the load seems more even.
Guys im all about agility .
Yeah i know its a harley but we can improve many things on these bikes.
I think this is better SO FAR but want to ride it more..
Dont be afraid to try shit.........

Rode for a couple hours this week ..
Way better all around with the shim ..........Recommend it
