Those rails look awesome with those bags. My recommendations: ensure that the bottom of the bags and the rails are level with the ground when the bike is on the floor and the bags are as far forward to the shocks as possible. Your height looks good with the center of the lid being even with the top of the fender. Again, with the design of the swing arm, reversing the installation of the axle gave me the ability to bring the saddlebags closer to the bike. The closer the better. I would also start planning on a crossover brace behind the rear fender to tie the bags together. This will stop them from whipping around, especially at idle.
