Old man, have you considered a sidecar? I mounted my HD chair last year. Three wheels are different, period. I bought a Baker reverse, but haven't installed it yet. I didn't care for having to reach around the exhaust to acquire reverse, so the Baker unit I got uses a solenoid to shift.

Sorta considered a sidecar. I like the idea of a trunk. Wife is a little iffy about the sidecar too.

Default Trike conversion reverse?

Mine is a 2015 Lehman LLS Renegade unit (now owned by Champion) most all the parts are marked Champion. I have 6 speed forward plus mechanical reverse . I like the reverse but find I don't use it much ,as the 3 wheeler can be pushed around very easy. I've rode HD Tri-Glides and the LLS (limited lean suspension) has a way better ride IMO. It has adjustable coil over shocks and also handles really well again IMO. I also have the Champion "easy steer" triple tree unit and it dose as the name implies. If I were shopping I'd sure ride both ridge and independent susp. units for comparison .
I still own 4 Harleys all told , so I'm not "Brand Bashing", But I've talked to a lot of Tri-Glide "riders" that have went to Progressive coil over shocks(replacing air susp.) and added a rear lift kit(from HD) to level the trike out. Champion also is producing the EZ steer triple trees, and mechanical reverse for 09-up Tri-Glides. Have'nt talked to any one who has installed the last two options?
Sorry for being "long winded" But there is a lot to be considered when spending the $ these riggs cost , again IMO. Ride safe!!

No that's the lever on the earlier 07-09 ? Champion 6spd. reverse gear set-up. They are different on later models units for some reason?

Another thing to consider about the CSC conversion is that they are wider than others. A TriGlide is approx 55" wide, our Boss Hoss trike was 60", our Hannigan is almost 60", and a CSC is around 64". Personally, I wouldn't want anything wider than 60". Our Hannigan keeps the factory belt, though its wheelbase is longer than a Champion or TriGlide. A Roadsmith is another quality conversion and their wheelbase is about the same as our Hannigan. Our trike has a Champion mechanical reverse and HHI 5deg billet trees.
