Seems I'm not the only one that has contacted V&H's about the update. Here is a snippet of one of the emails from my CSR at V&H's

"As my fuelpak manager brought it up to our attention that is correct. You are definitely not the only one. They're working on rolling out another update."

This was in response to me telling him about your 12000K rev limit setting you saw daisy cutter. So, we sit and wait. It's no down into the 30's here for highs so I'm in no rush.
Its cooling off here too but I'm still riding. I wont come near that 12k rev limit tho and shouldn't have any problems keeping it under 6k for that matter so I should be ok until the next update, thanks for mentioning it to them. I'm waiting on a set of protaper bars that are supposed to be delivered today but I think are going to be delayed and a new seat that hopefully will be here next week.

I just re-checked my settings in my uploaded "modified" MAP and instead of taking my 950 idle RPM inputs it settled in at 944 (for whatever reason). I think I'll leave it there, pending some riding.

The canned MAP I uploaded did have the REV limiter set to 5400. I can testify to that after my dyno run, along with seat time. I did bump my REV limiter from where I set it at 5800 to 6000. That too I'll leave alone pending some seat time.

Thanks for your help!

I'd be interested to see if you are able to rev the bike over 6500. My rev limiter was set at 9500 according to the app.

The idle adjustment works but they are having issues with the rev limiter programming. I was told to set the rev limiter at 12000rpm and that will have it back to the stock 9000rpm. It'll be a little while till they have an update.

I set mine to 6200 and that's exactly where it cuts off.

I assume that was on your Road King. This is a completely different motor and bike apple to oanges. The tuning on the Street Rod is new to V&H's.
