Moving from 900-1000? Makes no sense since normal idle is 1050, high heat idle is 950. I moved my mode 1 to 0 and mode 2 to 5, it called for mode 1 at 15 and 2 at 10. I changed it because it was blowing smoke and would stall when I touched the throttle during warm up. These changes had no effect on idle rpm's however. I think you need to see the dealer.

Other responses say idle is normal at 950-1000.....I never paid attention to what it was before the FuelPak install...
I'll try the mode setting that V & H recommended....
If you didn't look at the tach, you would not notice the variation in RPM's...
No dealer thank you.......Bike runs great in all speeds, plenty of torque and no smoke.
Also, since you have an 08, it seems the modes may have changed for the 09's.
So did it clear it up? I've noticed that the idle jumps on my bike as well. I plan on looking at my settings this weekend because I'm feeling a little more vibration than normal and since I'm in there, I might as well change that setting if it works.
I'm running the MO with the Fuelpak, stock headers drilled out, and an RSD AC.
