07-06-2016 forum member Nomadmax received the Mascot in Columbus OH (read here)



and has planned to take it with him on several trips in the next few weeks.

07-09-2016 he already took the mascot on a trip to Portsmouth OH (an Ohio River town) to the flood wall (read here).



Sometime between now and the 23rd he intends to take it to a couple of towns on the Indiana/Ohio border that are in separate states but the same town.

On the 23rd, he and the Mrs. are riding in a 2 days trip to San Antonio TX were he will meet mud and pass over the Mascot to one of the TX members.

He will post up those trips & photos in here or send me the details by email so I can post the info for him in here.

 

Update 2016-07-15:

Unfortunately Nomadmax has to cancel his trip to SA Tx.

Currently he's arranging a hand-off to forum member traildog from central Indiana.

From there we will need to get the Mascot further South-West towards Indinanpolis IN ==> Saint Louis MO ==> Oklahoma City OK ==> Dallas TX ==> San Antonio TX

Right now we are looking for members who are willing to participate on a short notice in the Mascot's travels.

I'll be getting the mascot to Traildog ASAP; hopefully within the next week our schedules will jive. Aside from working, he is also caring for his mother. We've decided upon a town that is split by the OH/IN border to make the exchange. He is effectively in Indianapolis so as stated above, that part of the journey is covered. I'll keep everyone updated.

 

Can't wait to pick it up Saturday! I wonder if its ok to display it in my man cave for say..........3 or 4 months.....

The exchange will be delayed a little. Traildog's mom needs his attention this weekend. Having talked to him on the phone several times I'm determined to get it to him as he's like most everybody on the forum; somebody you'd like to meet.
