Looking to identify regulator

I have a 1999 RK that has had the MM fuel injection converted over to a BC Germology throttle body and an enternal fuel regulator. I would like to identify what brand the regulator is but not having much luck, any help would be appreciated.

I believe that the regulator is the round thing on the bottom of that contraption coming off the fuel tank. No telling what is in that box, but it looks like it would come apart easily. I wonder if there is a fuel filter in there?
