It got me thinking I may have done the rides wrongly/in accurately during recording. I am going to repeat the process from the start.
Here are the plan.
I will ride from idle to slightly above 2000RPM. Then slow down to a stop and repeat it for the entire recording duration. I will do multiple recordings until the VE values are below 5% in 3 straight recordings and the ride is smooth without jerks.
Then I will move forward to idle-4000RPM and do the same exact thing.
Then next to idle-6000RPM and do the same.
Anything you wish to advice on this?

Take a look at this PowerVision document for some things to try to minimize your decel popping.
http://www.powercommander.com/downlo..._DECEL_POP.pdf
I would also look at reducing the Decel Eleanment some also. Make the value smaller to remove less fuel. Maybe try a change of 0.10 to start with.
The PV document show richening the mixture in the AFR table and adding to the VEs (making the mixture richer)
Does it pop more when the engine is warmed up or when it is still warming up?
You could remove some enleanment (make the number smaller) at the temps you find it popping most.
"Deceleration Enleanment adjusts transient fuel when the throttle is closed.
Note: Larger values cause more fuel to be removed."

I have looked at the PV document and understand what to do.
My engine temperature changes from 140 to above 220 celcius. The temperature.range shown in del enleanment is from -16 to 160 celcius. The mult is 1.0 at 160C and there is no 0.10 to choose from for decrement. Photo attached. I wont know what temp the bike is in while riding. There is no temp indicator.
About when it pops more, I will get back to you on this.
Thank you.

Hi Guys,
Current status. I have done 14 recordings in increasing speeds. Last recording was up to 140kmh/87.5mph.
I have reduced the decel enlean value in multiples of 0.1 from 1.0 to 0.5. The pops have reduced but not eliminated. Should I continue to reduce it?
I continually see VE value differences that are more than 5% in this X-Y range: 0-10%'throttle, 750-2499 RPM. Snapshot attached.
I have ridden in this range at constant speed for 10-30 seconds many times and the best I have got was 2 cells having more than 5% (5.0 & 5.5) difference and they dont improve on more recordings. Any idea how to fix this?
I have seen a tuner comment the O2 sensors cannot properly detect this range. Maybe this is why its like this.
Thank you
Marcus
