Tune issues @ 1/4 throttle power vision/stock ECM

I suggest you start with the closed end cap. Then bored a 1” hole, then 1 1/2” hole, then no end cap.
This will give you an idea of how exhaust restriction changes engine run quality at lower rpms @ light throttle.
Please share with us know what you experience.
Thanks,
Bob

AFAIK, there has only been one Street Tuner.

Define HUGE restriction on performance.
You know, the more we converse the more I believe you may be better served to get it done by a good dyno tuner and get on with riding?

I never claimed to be a tuner or an expert...thats why I’m here. I want to learn.
I did infact take it to a “tuner”, and twice he couldnt tune it properly nor figure out why it wasnt 100%. There are only 2 dynos within 3 hours of me, my choices of tuners are very slim. 3 trips/3 wasted days when i could have been working, for a tune that didnt pan out. I also didnt feel comfortable revving my bike to 4000-5000 when I could tell it was hugely restricted. Call me cautious or stupid, I guess.
But on another note, i guess i owe an apology. Cut a 1.25” hole in end cap, and I can NOT get the bike to sputter @ 1/4 throttle(4000-5000rpm). Feels like I may have even gained some torque on the bottom end, but def lost on the top end. Now time to call the tuner and tell him the findings. So thank u guys for the help thus far.
Should i bore it to 1.5”, add a couple more discs, or leave it and see how it performs on a dyno first?

great idea. Got my powervision now, i could try my hand at that too. Any idea if I can save the current map on my new PV. The map on the bike now is from another PV(tuner bought another licence to do it)
